Practitioners:
Amy Georgina

Amy offers a range of wellbeing therapies including Reflexology, Reiki and Sound Meditation - all alongside her body work and massage treatments.

Reflexology
A relaxing foot treatment to help with many things such as stress, tension, anxiety, depression, digestive issues, headaches, insomnia, lymphatic system, reproduction, circulation.

Reflexology works on the principle that your feet and hands are like mini maps of your body’s anatomy; therefore, you can access different body systems and organs by applying pressure to an area on your foot.

By applying pressure to the feet Reflexology helps to balance the whole body and stimulate the body’s own natural healing process, as well as leaving you feeling relaxed.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing treatment to help restore balance and health in your body, mind and soul.

Treatments are normally done with you fully clothed unless combined with massage. You will lay comfortably on a massage couch with a blanket over you. Amy will place her hands lightly or hold them slightly above various points of your body allowing the Reiki to flow where it is needed.

Reiki is a deeply relaxing treatment - most people feel a sense of calm during and after the treatment. It is possible for both client and therapist to experience sensations such as tingling, warmth or coolness whilst working on various points or to see colours.

Sound Meditation
Sound healing can help to bring you back into balance, clearing blocks, releasing trauma held in the body and the energy field around you, bringing you into a deep state of relaxation or meditation. Sound healing can help to rebalance your nervous system and create positive shifts in your life. Setting an intention and holding it in your mind before, during and after the treatment can help to enhance the outcome.

Amy uses Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Shamanic drumming, Chimes, and other instruments to help raise your vibrations, open and balance the chakras, unblock stuck energy that may be causing physical illness and enhance your intention for the session.
