12:15pm - 1:00pm Mondays
This 45-minute yoga class is specifically tailored to address the physical stress points of everyday life, whether you spend your day sitting in front of a screen, or running the show at home!
We'll focus on releasing tight shoulders, hips, and lower back, strengthening the core for better posture, and easing neck tension.
Leave feeling refreshed, energised, and focused for your afternoon! All levels are welcome!
Based on the principles of yoga, the class will include:
Mindful movement
A bit of calming down
A bit of re-energising
And remembering to breath along the way
Expect thoughtful sequences, clear instruction, and a reminder that yoga isn’t about perfect poses—it’s about being present.
Let’s move, breathe, and not take ourselves too seriously.

Caroline teaches a heart-warming yoga class, suitable for a wide range of bodies; young, old, flexible or stiff. Discover an approach that is both gentle and deep. You’ll be guided to move slowly, explore and get to know your body. This yoga works with the intelligence of the body, with an emphasis on un-doing and organising movement from the spine outwards.
Yoga poses unfold with less effort this way.
This approach is inspired by Vanda Scaravelli (author of ‘Awakening The Spine’). Caroline has been developing and teaching this yoga since 2002. -
10am - 11am Mondays
Pilates is a holistic form of exercise and my classes focus not only on strengthening the body as a whole, but also on the effect that Pilates can have on the mind, bringing an inner-awareness and sense of well-being to the practitioner. Exercises are mainly based around small controlled movements and the belief that it is better to perform two repetitions of an exercise correctly, than twenty repetitions incorrectly.
Students will experience increased strength, stability and muscle tone as well as better coordination, balance, improved mind-body awareness, and the release of stress and tension.
