About me
I am a BACP-registered Humanistic Integrative Therapist with over ten years’ experience working across mental health and wellbeing settings, including NHS secondary care.
I am dedicated to my work, and it brings me great joy to support people in exploring a deeper sense of themselves, and in finding greater ease and meaning in their lives and relationships.
I take an active role in the therapeutic process and will journey alongside you as we explore what may be holding you back in your life and relationships, creating space for deeper understanding and meaningful change.
How I work
At the heart of my practice is a relational, integrative, and collaborative approach, held within a humanistic framework. I draw upon trauma-informed somatic, parts-based, and contemplative approaches, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and other energy-based modalities.
By turning towards your experience with care and curiosity, and bringing attention to the body as well as the subtle energy body, we can begin to gently release what no longer serves.
This way of working can be particularly helpful where trauma or longstanding relational patterns feel difficult to shift through traditional talking therapy alone.
Through this process, I support you to reconnect with a deeper sense of yourself and to feel more grounded, clear, and able to move forward in your life.
Spiritual & creative orientation
I have been practising Buddhist meditation since 2012, and both my therapeutic and creative life are shaped by a longstanding contemplative and spiritual path.
When I am not working, you will often find me spending time in nature, engaging in creative and spiritual practices such as singing, painting, dancing, or meditating.
Sessions
I offer one-to-one therapy sessions online or in person at The Centre for Whole Health in South Bristol.
If you are considering therapy, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange a free initial call. This is a chance for us to briefly explore what you are looking for and whether working together might feel supportive for you.
