Massage Therapy

Massage can either be used as part of a treatment regime or applied as a standalone therapy. It may be recommended in a wide range of medical conditions and situations where you can benefit from its positive effects. These include reduced muscle tension and pain, improved circulation, reduced stress level, lowered heart rate and blood pressure and improved immune function.

Holistic Therapy

The techniques are adapted from Thai and Japanese massage forms.
Traditionally, clients wear light clothing and receive these treatments on a mat on the floor. Although the techniques can be carried out on a clinical couch for your comfort, no massage oil or cream is used, so please wear comfortable, light clothing for your appointment.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a science-based profession that takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Whether you are experiencing a persistent ache in your back or a recent acute and intense pain in one of your joints as a result of an unexpected trauma, physiotherapy can help you to improve quicker and to get back on your feet as soon as possible. The aim is to find and treat the root cause of your symptoms to reduce your pain, to restore your movements and function and to prevent reoccurrence in the future.
