Jason Harris

  • Acupuncture and Nutrition

Jason Harris is a Bristol-based acupuncturist and nutritionist who provides holistic care to help people improve their health and wellbeing. His practice combines traditional eastern therapies with modern nutritional science to treat the underlying causes of illness and support long term health.

Acupuncture: Jason uses a mix of traditional Chinese medicine practices—including acupuncture, cupping therapy, and moxibustion—to stimulate the body’s natural healing responses.

Naturopathic Nutrition: Jason incorporates modern nutritional science, functional medicine, and traditional Chinese dietary therapies. He provides a personalised approach to diet and nutrition, tailored to an individual's genetics, lifestyle, and biochemical makeup, using targeted supplements and laboratory testing to help address underlying physiological imbalances.

Jason undertook his acupuncture training at the South West College of Oriental Medicine in 2004, where he gained his diploma in acupuncture. He subsequently spent two months in China studying acupuncture and Tui Na (Chinese massage) and obtained a further two qualifications from Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Huaihua Medical College.

He completed his Nutrition training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2013 and is currently studying Functional Medicine.
Jason is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, which means that he is subject to a professional code of practice.
