    Fertility and Pregnancy

Deb and Al have been part of helping along hundreds of babies making their way into the world. Their acupuncture results in a pregnancy where other explored avenues have failed.

They work with those trying to get pregnant naturally, or using assisted fertility treatments such as IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor eggs and donor sperm.

They treat single women, couples of all sexualities and genders, and men.
They have very good results working with women with ‘unexplained’ fertility issues, and with treating underlying known causes for fertility issues.
These include: PCOS, Light or No Periods, Irregular, Heavy or Painful Periods, Endometriosis, Fibroids, hormone and genetic issues, and sperm irregularities.

They also work with women who have experienced miscarriages and still births.

Deb and Al offer support in dealing with the stress of trying to become and remain pregnant, and the emotions around this such as sadness, loss, fear, anger, envy, guilt and despair.
Pregnant women experiencing the following symptoms find acupuncture helpful:
sickness, tiredness, threatened miscarriage, backache, anxiety, oedema and urinary issues.

Pre (week 37, 38 and 39) and post-birth acupuncture is also available. Many women return to Deb and Al for help with their second and third child. They love to see their patients’ families grow. See the link below to fertility site.

Deb now works exclusively in Fertility and Pregnancy.

    Stress and Anxiety

Acupuncture can help address and transform difficult emotions . Bristol Acupuncture Practice has a special interest in stress, anxiety and panic attacks. They also work with patients to address key emotions that they face throughout their life time, such as fear, worry and anger.

Five Element Acupuncture looks at the constitutional type of a person and identifies the essential organs, emotions and issues that are most likely to get out of balance, so effecting all aspects of health.

Patients are listened to and the acupuncture. alongside guiding and pragmatic words, allow many to find a deep sense of ease and wellness. Patients often report that they “feel more like their old selves” or become more confident in discovering and being the best of themselves.
